Lindo Lake Photovoltaic Carports

Start Date: November 2021

Scope of Work: Consists of the construction of two visually recessive and climb/vandal resistant, cantilevered steel carport structures with solar panels installed on the roofs of two carports. Hardscape and planting areas within the vicinity of the carports will be modified, repaired, and replaced per the construction documents. Landscape improvements include planting, decorative boulders and cobble, protection fencing, and an automated irrigation system.

Espola Road Safety Improvements - Phase II

Scope of Work: Consists of the construction of a DG pathway, grouted rock surface, asphalt berm and retaining walls from the existing sidewalk south of Mountain Rd. to the existing sidewalk to the south of Willow Ranch Road. It also includes asphalt paving and patching, curb ramps, driveways, utility relocations, landscape and irrigation, and signing and striping.
